Happy last minute shopping! If you want your purchase from Mountain Chalet to arrive at its destination by Christmas, here’s what to expect:

In order to arrive by Dec. 25 and still receive our everyday free shipping, gift cards (sent by USPS) and other products (sent by UPS) must be purchased on or before Thursday, Dec. 20. Please remember that you must place your order by mid-afternoon Mountain time so we can get it to the post office before they close!

We now are offering an express overnight shipping option as well, which you will find in your checkout options for a fee of $25. (Gift card orders will incur only a $15 fee, which as of this evening still shows up as $25 in your order total but will be applied properly to your credit card when we process your order.) For gift cards, your purchase must be placed by noon on Saturday, Dec. 22, and other purchases must be ordered by noon on Friday, Dec. 21. Large or heavy packages may cost more; please call us if you have questions. We will try our very best to help you get your packages to their destination on time, but we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Finally, please keep in mind that our store is very busy this time of year and we may not have the item you request in stock. If this is the case, we will try to notify you as soon as possible, but you may want to call us before placing your order if you need to make sure we have the item(s).
