What does the Avy Safety Set come with?

We supply the beacon, shovel, and probe. Education and training are up to you.

What do the sleds (pulks) come with?

Basically, everything you need haul a bunch of gear through the snow. The sled will have a harness system and rigid poles to make uphill and downhill easier.

Are the tents true winter tents?

Yes, they are mountaineering grade tents. They can handle wind, cold temps, and heavy snow loads.
